A Mother’s First Experience with CoolSculpting

This Client Story is from a mother (and Ageless Remedies team member) who recently tried CoolSculpting for the first time. Due to the personal nature of the content, we’re omitting her name, but her results are very real!

Hello! Can you share a bit about yourself and why you wanted to try CoolSculpting?

I’ve been married for 33 years and have two grown children.

I could never quite get rid of excess fat on my stomach area after having my children, even though I work out 4-5 times every week.

I saw that our patients were getting great results with CoolSculpting, so I decided to try it myself.

I was happy with my results, so I wanted to share my experience so others could see how the procedure might help them too.

Have you tried other ways to reduce fat before?

Yes! I have tried Weight Watchers, personal training and group fitness classes.

What about those other approaches left you unsatisfied?

Weight Watchers did help me lose weight, but it did not help me tighten or sculpt my body.

Personal training and fitness classes helped me tone other areas of my body, but they did not produce the results I wanted for my stomach.

There are certain areas that just don’t seem to respond to diet and exercise, so I was looking for something that could help me with my abdomen.

What made you want to try CoolSculpting?

Our clients have been getting wonderful results with CoolSculpting lately, especially when they do multiple cycles.

They were getting the kinds of results that I had been hoping to achieve for myself.

I liked that CoolSculpting is something different. It’s not a diet and there is no surgery. There is no downtime, and it lets you target those areas that are the most stubborn to reduce.

I had already tried everything else, and now I was ready to try a new approach!

After consulting with Dr. Lassiter, I decided to get CoolSculpting treatment in two different areas: my abdomen and underneath my arms.

How do you feel about your results?

I feel good about the procedure and I’m happy with my results so far.

I think with a few more cycles I’ll be able to achieve the full results that I had imagined.

How did you feel during the procedure? Afterwards?

It felt like an ice pack on my skin; cold, but very tolerable. It was a little weird at first, but I got used to it quickly.

I had my iPad with me, so I was able to continue working during the treatment. All in all, it took about 40 minutes.

There was a little soreness after the procedure, similar to what I feel after an intense workout, but no downtime.

How long did it take to start seeing results from CoolSculpting?

I saw results within thirty days!

I first noticed the difference in my clothes. Some of my clothes and my bathing suit fit me better in the weeks following my treatment.

My results also improved over time. I continued to see tightening and additional fat loss up to 60 days after my treatment.

What’s the biggest difference between CoolSculpting and the other things you’ve tried?

The biggest difference is that CoolSculpting actually worked to reduce an area of my stomach that has been very resistant to diet and exercise after having my kids.

I’m so happy that we now have a procedure that can target fat in those difficult areas!

I feel like I need a few more cycles to fully reach my fat reduction goals, but my first experience with CoolSculpting was very positive, and I plan to get follow-up treatments soon.

Who would you recommend CoolSculpting to?

I would certainly recommend this treatment to anyone who has stubborn fat that they’ve tried to reduce through other methods.

People that are eating healthy and exercising and just can’t seem to improve specific areas. I think they would be a good candidate for CoolSculpting.

And, of course, other mothers who are struggling to reduce belly fat after giving birth!

The consultation is free, so if you’re curious about CoolSculpting I would encourage you to schedule an appointment to see how it works and see how it might be able to help you.
